Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Wattie Ink. gear purchase. We include a return shipping label with all United States domestic shipments to make returns and exchanges easy for all stock gear. All items must be returned within 30 Days, unworn, unwashed and in their original packing.
Please note: Limited Edition collections (pre-sale items), Outlets items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
The fastest way to receive different items for an exchange is to make a new purchase with the items you're seeking and send back the first purchase for a full refund. When we receive your original items back, we'll process your return in full.
Please send all gear to us directly, following the steps below. We request that gear returned be washed, cleaned and completely dry. Wattie Ink. will not handle any garments that do not meet these requirements.
To Process a Return or Exchange
- Please complete our Return/Exchange form the on the back of your packing slip (Print a new form here).
- Use the prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label included in your order (returns outside of the 48 states are returned at the customers expense). Download a new label here.
- Box, and ship your package back to Wattie Ink. To schedule a pick up for your return please visit FedEx website at: https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/ShowRPP.do.
