We include a return shipping label with all United States domestic shipments to make returns and exchanges easy for all stock gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Wattie Ink. stock gear you may return items for full refund if they are unworn and unwashed. All items must be returned within 30 Days, unworn, unwashed and in their original packing.
Limited Edition collections (pre-sale items) that are made specifically for your order are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note: All sale items and custom items are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
The fastest way to receive different items for an exchange is to make a new purchase with the items you're seeking and send back the first purchase for a full refund. When we receive the items back from you we'll process the full refund.
Due to the nature of custom orders and pre-sale items, they can not be returned or exchanged. All custom orders are final once placed.
