What is the Wattie Ink. return/exchange policy?

We include a return shipping label and return/exchange form with all domestic shipments to make returns and exchanges easy for inline orders.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your Wattie Ink. gear you may return items in original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Items that are trained in and/or washed do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Limited Edition collections, custom orders and pre-sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. 

Wattie Ink does not provide a return shipping label for international orders seeking an exchange/return.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please use the return shipping label and exchange/return form included in your order to send items back for return/exchange. Exchange items are subject to the same requirements as return items. Please review our complete Returns/Exchange policy before shipping your items.


How Do I Qualify for Free Shipping?

Free ground shipping applies to all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. This offer is based on the merchandise subtotal before any promo discounts, taxes or additional charges. Wattie Ink has the right to change this offer at any time. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the US do not qualify for free shipping.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, Wattie Ink offers Expedited shipping through FedEx. Orders placed with express shipping must be done so by 1:00pm Pacific Time in order to be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm PT will be shipped out the next business day. This option is nonrefundable if placed after 1:00pm PT.

What is the status of my order?

Once placed, orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped promptly after. You will receive email updates with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you have setup an account, click on the “Sign In” link at the top of our site. There, you will be able to view and track your order history. If you checked out as a guest, you will be sent automatic email updates when your order ships. To inquire further about your order, please contact customer service with your order number ready.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to both PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Such orders will be shipped via USPS and cannot be expedited. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

International Orders

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, enter your shipping address at checkout and choose one of the shipping services presented. Please note that Wattie Ink does not offer free shipping for any international orders. View our full International Shipping Policy.

What are the taxes and duties charged on international shipments?

Customs/Duty fees are set by the destination country and are determined by the products and value of your order. Wattie Ink does not make any profit from these costs, these are government regulations of the destination country. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to cover these fees. Please view our full International Shipping Policy

Repair Services

Can you repair my garment?

If any Wattie Ink gear fails due to a manufacturing or material defect we will repair or replace the item at no extra charge, for the original owner, up to one year from the purchase date. The Wattie Ink Repair Service does not cover any damage or product failures resulting from normal extended wear, improper care, or crashing.
