Men’s G.O.A.T. Thermal Bib Short
Need a little more warmth, but maybe not the full-on protection of the knicker or tight? Grab the G.O.A.T. Thermal Bib Short, which insulates the thighs, protects your backside from spray, and keeps you dry by employing a mesh backing to the bib yoke. Maybe you’re leaving for a coastal route and want just a little more warmth, or fall hasn’t quite bared its teeth (but summer’s certainly gone).
Designed for the Professional
The ultimate in a convertible short, the G.O.A.T. Thermal Bib keeps you warm, dry, but not too warm and dry. We use the same pattern as our proven Contender and Champion bibs, using Super Roubaix fleece to bump up the insulating properties. Just as with the knickers and tights, we use reflective trim to keep you safe as the sun disappears for the year, and our effective leg gripper which stays in place, regardless of what’s falling out of the sky.
The Fastest Fabrics
All of the G.O.A.T. Thermal line uses a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) fabric that is 99% waterproof while remaining breathable. That DWR capability keeps the spray from your rear wheel from soaking your backside, making the prospect of a long ride much more palatable. The three-way stretch makes movement not only easy but pleasing, which will have you reaching for these bottoms instinctively. Focus on the work at hand, not how cold (or sweaty!) you are.
Designed by Artists, Made by Hand
Our designers come from a diverse set of backgrounds, but they share the same vision: making you look like the coolest person for miles. Our iconic look got that way by defying the staid looks we saw around the triathlon and cycling world, and we continue to innovate each season. After our artists make the look, our seamsters and seamstresses build the garment by hand in our Vista, California factory, living our claim to Made in the USA.
Your Second Skin
Unlike the jacket, what you’re wearing on your down-belows really is your one and only layer for protection, so it had to be perfect. Highly wicking and breathable while staying warm, dry, and compact, you may find yourself wearing these tights across more conditions than you imagined at first.
