Bike Law is an ethos, a mission, a movement, and a collective group of people who are committed to protecting and advocating for people on bikes, the pursuit of cycling justice, and being the change they wish to see in the world. As a comprehensive cycling resource in the US and Canada, Bike Law's two-pronged organization consists of a legal network of bicycle crash attorneys who represent those who have suffered the indignities of a crash, and The Bike Law Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to cultural improvement and the cultivation of better, safer, sustainable biking for all who ride. Our mission and call to action are the bricks and mortar upon which a sturdy platform for social change is built. When short-lived impulses give way to collective efforts and long term goals, and sustained association replaces situational groupings, the result is something awesome. We are living in the Golden Age of Bicycling and have the opportunity to recalibrate societal norms by participating in one of the most significant social change movements of our time. Bike Law believes in inclusivity: that anyone and everyone that rides is a cyclist, and all cyclists are deserving of a culture in which riding a bike is protected, valued, encouraged, and celebrated. We're all in this together, and together we ride safe, happy, often, and proud!
